I wear it both ways, depends on my mood and what finish I want for the day. If I want a dewy finish, I wear it without powder. If I want a matte finish, I set it MUFE’s Duo Mat powder. I can wear the foundation without a primer, it wears perfectly fine, I just prefer it with MUFE’s #6 primer. :)
